Oddly enough, but the main motive for creating Kiwes was not the desire to develop in the field of artificial intelligence. It stemmed from my negative experiences in company cultures that didn't suit me at all. I saw that even in global companies there are bad workplace environments, even in NGOs and unfortunately a few churches and companies are not based on innovation and research despite claiming to be so.
Then I realized that I want to create a safe space for my employees to grow at an individual level, with each employee's best interest at heart. I knew for sure that the world and I personally needed a place where kindness, physical and emotional health, desire and striving for new knowledge and a place of peace driven by a connection to God and Godliness are valued above technical knowledge and skills. And so the Kiews company was born.
